En la instalaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas de PPR, las pruebas de presi\u00f3n son un paso que no debe descuidarse. Tuber\u00eda PPR IFAN<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Precauciones:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Antes de finalizar la instalaci\u00f3n de la tuber\u00eda, se debe realizar una prueba hidr\u00e1ulica para confirmar si el estado de la soldadura es bueno y eliminar peligros ocultos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. La prueba hidr\u00e1ulica debe realizarse 24 horas despu\u00e9s de la conexi\u00f3n termofusible. Antes de la prueba de presi\u00f3n, se debe fijar la tuber\u00eda y exponer la uni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. La presi\u00f3n de prueba de la tuber\u00eda de agua fr\u00eda debe ser 1,5 veces la presi\u00f3n de trabajo del sistema de tuber\u00edas, pero no menos de 1,0 MPa; la presi\u00f3n de prueba de la tuber\u00eda de agua caliente debe ser 2,0 veces la presi\u00f3n de trabajo del sistema, no menos de 1,5 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. El medidor de agua debe apagarse durante la prueba de presi\u00f3n para evitar da\u00f1os. Se recomienda utilizar una bomba de prueba de presi\u00f3n manual o una bomba el\u00e9ctrica para aumentar la presi\u00f3n lentamente. El tiempo de prueba no debe ser inferior al especificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
