Lors de l'installation d'un pipeline PPR, les essais de pression sont une \u00e9tape cruciale. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, en cas d'accident d\u00fb \u00e0 des essais de pression irr\u00e9guliers, le fabricant n'accorde aucune indemnisation. Outil de test de pression<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. L'outil de test de pression ressemble \u00e0 une petite bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils. Un manom\u00e8tre est un appareil permettant de mesurer la pression dans une conduite d'eau. Il est compos\u00e9 d'un v\u00e9rin, d'un r\u00e9servoir d'eau, d'un manom\u00e8tre et d'un tuyau de raccordement. Son principe de fonctionnement est le m\u00eame pour tous les mod\u00e8les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connecter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2. Raccordez les conduites d'eau chaude et d'eau froide \u00e0 l'aide des flexibles. L'eau chaude et l'eau froide forment un cercle et forment un tuyau. Le testeur de pression peut \u00eatre connect\u00e9 \u00e0 n'importe quelle sortie d'eau. L'indicateur de pression indique alors 0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. D\u00e9marrez le test de pression, secouez le levier de pression jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'aiguille du manom\u00e8tre pointe vers 0,9----1, puis arr\u00eatez, c'est-\u00e0-dire que la pression actuelle est 3 fois la pression d'eau normale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Le temps de test de la pression de l'eau est d'au moins 30 minutes pour les tubes PPR, aluminium-plastique PPR, acier-plastique PPR et autres tubes soud\u00e9s. Il faut compter 4 heures pour les tubes aluminium-plastique et les tubes de transition en zinc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ne restez pas inactif pendant le test de pression. V\u00e9rifiez chaque joint et filetage int\u00e9rieur un par un. Il ne doit y avoir aucune infiltration d'eau dans le bouchon. Une infiltration d'eau affecterait directement l'aiguille du manom\u00e8tre. Une chute continue de la pression fausserait les r\u00e9sultats d'inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si l'aiguille du testeur de pression ne baisse pas du tout dans le d\u00e9lai imparti, cela signifie que l'essai a r\u00e9ussi. Cela indique \u00e9galement que le testeur de pression fonctionne normalement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuyau PPR IFAN<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e9cautions:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Avant de terminer l'installation du pipeline, un test hydraulique doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 pour confirmer si l'\u00e9tat de soudage est bon et pour \u00e9liminer les dangers cach\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. L'essai hydraulique doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 24 heures apr\u00e8s le raccordement thermofusible. Avant l'essai de pression, la canalisation doit \u00eatre fix\u00e9e et le joint expos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. La pression d'essai du tuyau d'eau froide doit \u00eatre 1,5 fois la pression de service du syst\u00e8me de tuyauterie, mais pas moins de 1,0 MPa ; la pression d'essai du tuyau d'eau chaude doit \u00eatre 2,0 fois la pression de service du syst\u00e8me, pas moins de 1,5 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Le compteur d'eau doit \u00eatre \u00e9teint pendant le test de pression afin d'\u00e9viter tout dommage. Il est conseill\u00e9 d'utiliser une pompe de test de pression manuelle ou \u00e9lectrique pour augmenter progressivement la pression, et la dur\u00e9e du test ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
