Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, ils permettent de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de transport et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;installation et \u00e0 la construction.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2) Mat\u00e9riaux de construction \u00e9cologiques, hygi\u00e9niques et non toxiques : <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les raccords de tuyauterie PPR sont des thermoplastiques polyol\u00e9finiques, dont les mol\u00e9cules sont uniquement compos\u00e9es de carbone et d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne, ne contiennent pas d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments nocifs et toxiques et pr\u00e9sentent des performances hygi\u00e9niques fiables.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3) Produits \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie avec r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur et conservation de la chaleur : <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les raccords de tuyauterie en PPR pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9sistance thermique Vicat de 131,3 \u00b0C. Sous une pression de service donn\u00e9e et \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de service de 70 \u00b0C, ils peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pendant une longue p\u00e9riode (plus de 50 ans), la temp\u00e9rature maximale de service \u00e9tant de 95 \u00b0C. Ils r\u00e9pondent pleinement aux exigences du syst\u00e8me d&#039;eau chaude sanitaire sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es dans les sp\u00e9cifications de conception des syst\u00e8mes d&#039;alimentation et d&#039;\u00e9vacuation des eaux us\u00e9es des b\u00e2timents.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4) Bonnes performances d&#039;isolation thermique :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> Il pr\u00e9sente de bonnes performances d&#039;isolation thermique. Compar\u00e9 aux tuyaux m\u00e9talliques, il permet d&#039;\u00e9conomiser beaucoup de mat\u00e9riaux isolants et d&#039;\u00e9nergie dans les syst\u00e8mes de chauffage et d&#039;eau chaude.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5) Connexion thermofusible, s\u00fbre et fiable : <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les tubes en PPR offrent d&#039;excellentes performances de thermofusion. La liaison thermofusible entre les tubes et les raccords du m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau PPR r\u00e9sulte d&#039;une fusion de mol\u00e9cules sans interface apparente. L&#039;ensemble du syst\u00e8me de canalisations est ainsi connect\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne\u00a0; cette m\u00e9thode de connexion thermofusible est donc plus fiable que les autres types de liaisons par solvant, de connexions m\u00e9caniques et de connexions \u00e0 embo\u00eetement \u00e9lastique.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6) Bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion : <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00e0 l&#039;exception de quelques oxydants, il peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9rosion de divers milieux chimiques, ne rouille pas, ne se corrode pas, ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re pas de bact\u00e9ries et ne produit pas de corrosion \u00e9lectrochimique.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">7) Faible r\u00e9sistance au d\u00e9bit d&#039;eau : <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La paroi int\u00e9rieure des raccords de tuyauterie en PPR est lisse et insensible \u00e0 l&#039;entartrage. Leur r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;usure est de seulement 0,007, bien inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des tuyaux m\u00e9talliques. Leur capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9bit est sup\u00e9rieure de 30% \u00e0 celle des tuyaux m\u00e9talliques de m\u00eame sp\u00e9cification.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">8) C&#039;est un produit vert<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les raccords de tuyauterie en PPR ne polluent pas l&#039;environnement pendant leur production, leur construction et leur utilisation, et ne causent pas de pollution blanche.
